Code Of Business Conduct For Vendor

This Code of Business Conduct (Code) as detailed below, embodies the STYLLRAX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED values, ethics and endeavors to lay guidelines for the vendors of the Company.

1. Purpose of the Code

1.1. The Company believes that for an institution to succeed, grow and excel, it needs to be anchored to its values and beliefs and motivate all our vendors to consistently display these values and beliefs in the course of their engagement with the Company. It is our endeavour to work towards being a premier provider of salon services to our clients. Our offerings carry the stamp of creativity backed by technology, extensive research and efficient execution, earning trust, resulting in long term relationships.

1.2. To grow the institution, it is imperative to conduct our business in an ethical manner emanating from mutual respect, transparency and accountability.

2. Scope of the Code

2.1. This Code defines what the Company expects from its vendors regardless of their location and background. This Code is applicable to all our vendors at all times. Apart from this Code, our vendors are expected to be vigilant and compliant with all applicable laws at all times as from time to amended.

3. Responsibilities of the Vendors

3.1. General Responsibilities

3.1.1. The Vendors shall act honestly, fairly and in the best interests of the Company and its clientsand in the integrity of the Company.

3.1.2. The Vendors shall act with due skill, care and diligence in the best interestsof our clients and shall ensure that our services are being provided with utmost sincerity.

3.1.3. The Vendor shall ensure that they shall be equipped to provide services at an industry recognized level.

3.2. Responsibilities in Relation to the Agreements between the Vendor and the Company

3.2.1. The Vendors shall ensure that they abide by all the terms, conditions and provisions of the agreements and understandings entered into by the Vendor with the Company.

3.3. Training of the Professionals

3.3.1. The Vendors shall ensure that all professionals provided by them to the Company are properly trained and have the necessary experience and knowledge to provide the services.

3.3.2. The Vendor shall encourage that the professionals shall showcase respect and trust in their fellow professionals. Further, the Vendors shall also ensure that the professionals do not act in a manner which is detrimental to another vendor or professional or the Company.

3.3.3. The Vendor shall ensure the professionals are, at the time of providing services shall be at their best behavior and not intoxicated, at any time.

3.4. Hygiene, Sanitation and Safety

3.4.1. The Vendors confirm that their premises, tools, are equipment are all maintained with the highest degree of hygiene and safety and are tested for its safety at regular intervals.

3.4.2. All the uniforms, clothing provided to clients for the purposes of the services, towels, gowns, linen etc. are immaculately clean and are maintained so throughout.

3.4.3. All equipment including but not limited to clippers, tweezers, brushes and combs are sterilized every time prior to use.

3.4.4. Clinical waste from razors, needles etc. are disposed off separately and in accordance with applicable law, if necessary.

3.4.5. The Vendors shall ensure that all professionals shall use appropriate personal equipment i.e., gloves, shower-cap are used while providing all services.

3.4.6. The Vendors must also ensure that the professionals are training to follow the safety instructions for the guidance on the safe use of the equipment, materials and products at all times.

3.4.7. The Vendors must generally ensure, that all professionals must carry out all work at the premises with utmost care and safety.

3.4.8. The Vendors and, or the professionals must be solely responsible for any and all injuries, cuts, whether small or large, direct or indirect and shall not hold the Company responsible for the same.

3.5. Allergy and Sensitivity Testing

3.5.1. The Vendors shall ensure that the clients inform them of any previously exiting allergies, before any treatment is undertaken, including but not limited to waxing, lasers, chemical peels, hair colors etc.

3.5.2. In relation to the existing clients, the Vendors shall ensure that the professionals are trained to refer this information prior to undertaking any treatments.

3.6. Consultation

3.6.1. All vendors shall ensure that prior to dealing with any client, a thorough consultation is undertaken, including all relevant health related questions and the requirements of the client are discussed at length before suggesting and agreeing to a treatment.

3.6.2. The Vendors shall train and professionals and shall ensure that their professionals shall clearly explain in advance the treatment, its purpose, benefits, limitations and potential side-effects.

3.6.3. The Vendors and the professionals shall clearly communicate the duration and the costs of the treatment. In the event of a treatment involving multiple visits, the client should be informed of the number of visits that may be needed for the results of the treatment to be visible.

3.6.4. In the event of the client not being satisfied with the treatment suggested by the Vendor / professional, an alternative treatment must be suggested.

3.6.5. The Vendors/ professionals shall also ensure that they provide advise on post-treatment care of the client for best results.

3.7. Client Care

3.7.1. The Vendors and the professionals shall ensure that the clients are given exceptional services of the highest possible standards.

3.7.2. All questions asked by client are answered by the Vendors and, or the professionals to the satisfaction of the clients in a prompt manner.

3.7.3. The Clients shall be treated equally and fairly irrespective of their age, gender, disability etc.

3.7.4. The Vendors and the professionals shall ensure that all personal and professional boundaries are maintained, and all conversations are client appropriate.

3.7.5. The Vendors shall also provide safe and secure storage facilityfor clothes are other personal items, if needed.

3.7.6. The Clients shall be provided a private area to change into clothes provided by the Vendors for the treatments.

3.7.7. In the event of the any professional running behind schedule on an appointment, the client shall be informed of the same beforehand.

3.7.8. The Clients shall be encouraged to provide feedback on the services received by requesting them to fill out the feed-bac form at the Vendor's premises.

3.8. Maintenance of Records

3.8.1. The Vendor understands that all operations are digitized due to which it is imperative for them to maintain records on a digital database. All appointments, cancellations etc. shall be updated on a real time basis.

3.8.2. The Vendor shall acknowledge that they are collecting personal information such as name, age, gender, allergies, financial information for payments etc. and therefore are obligated to maintain highest degree of care to maintain such records.

3.8.3. The Vendor shall ensure that all information collected is maintained safely and is not divulged to any other third party.

3.9. Complaints

3.9.1. Upon receiving feedback from the client, the Vendor shall ensure that appropriate action is undertaken promptly, and the issue is resolved.

3.10. Miscellaneous

3.10.1. In the event of a client being below 16 years of age, the Vendors shall ensure that the treatments are only carried out in the presence of the guardian.

3.10.2. We shall try to avoid conflicts of interest as far as possible andwhen they cannot be avoided, we shall ensure that appropriate disclosures are made tothe clients and that the clients are fairly treated.

3.10.3. The Vendor and the professionals shall be solely responsible for any misconducti.e. breach of the provisions, spirit and the intention of the Code.
